UK Delivery
Root & Awen currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Standard UK delivery: £4.99
FREE standard delivery on orders over £50Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–5 business days.
Processing and dispatch
We are a small independent business and prepare orders with care. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During particularly busy periods, such as market weekends or seasonal periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.
Delivery problems
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us at rootandawen@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help before the order is dispatched.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at rootandawen@gmail.com. Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can resolve the problem.
International delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery through our Shopify store.

One thing I'm deliberately not saying is “3–5 business days from dispatch”, because Shopify currently presents your Standard rate as 3–5 business days. I don't want the policy and checkout quietly making different promises.
